Rosedew Farm Wedding is a fine venue to choose for your big day. With the Great Barn providing an ideal room for the ceremony and party. So it was hay bales out and Dear Florence prividing the rustic charm, chic and finishing touches.
The new Mr and Mrs Dite put on a great afternoon for their guests which included a 60s singer and Space Hoppers (What's not to like). Pre wedding breakfast nibbles was in the shape of little cones of fish and chips washed down with Champers and beer. The staff and front of house at Rosedew were on hand to make the day go smoothly and all the guests found their seats on time although some insisted on bringing their space Hoppers!
The bearded Taco man provided alcoholic ice lollies of various flavours and taste which went down a hit, They trade from a uniquely converted ford transit van named Contessa, who spent most of her previous life as a police riot wagon. All the ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible check them out on facebook for more information.
With only a couple of requested formal shots from the lovely Mrs Dite, Mandy and I were able to spend most of our time with the telephoto lens attached to the cameras, observing, waiting and then CLICK getting the shot. We love shooting weddings at the great Barn as there is nearly 360 degrees availablity around the Barn for photos which is important for us humble wedding photographers looking for the best light to shoot and make the photos punch.
Dear Florence provide the inhouse decoration hire at Rosedew farm, they hire out the wedding or party decorations you want for a fraction of the price of buying and a whole lot less effort! Hiring is really simple to organise.
Want can I say about the evening show / band. Big Macs Wholly Soul band were the head line act and boy did they rock the Great Barn out, EVERYBODY was dancing to the classics. Thanks for including me in your big day guys XDave
